Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us for clarification.

Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have, and

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
